Preparation and monitoring of the annual budgets
Conducting performance analyses (budget vs. actual variances, margins, costs, KPIs) and proposing areas for improvement
Participation in accounting closings in coordination with the accounting team: verification of prepaid expenses, accrued expenses (invoices not yet received), provisions, etc.
Analysis of the cost of activities for medical services, care units, and consultations.

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Business School diploma, or equivalent (e.g., Master CCA, DSCG)
Minimum 5 years' experience in management control, ideally in a healthcare environment or in a multisite/international company
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
Ability to build effective and scalable reporting models
Accuracy, reliability, and autonomy
Strong analytical and synthesizing skills
Ability to challenge data and proactively propose solutions
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to support and coach operational teams
