About the role
- Support clients throughout their decision-making process.
- Present our developments and conduct on-site visits.
- Answer clients' questions and help them visualize their projects.
- Coordinate with marketing, construction, and customer service to provide a seamless experience.
- Act as the central coordinator for presentations, consultation, and thorough follow-up.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain financial and real estate concepts in simple terms.
- Strong ability to quickly build trust-based relationships.
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle, and availability evenings and weekends.
- Experience in consultative selling (strong asset).
- Knowledge of the real estate sector, financing, or short-term rentals (an asset).
