Requirements
- Contribute to responses on major opportunities related to payment solutions
- Knowledge of leading technologies, payment methods, vendors and payment gateways
- Understanding of the payments market
- Experience familiar with IT outsourcing (infogérance)
- Experience in Managed Services / Desk support services, technical assistance for payments, and IT asset/fleet maintenance
- Knowledge of payment terminals and deployment processes
- Ideally ITIL-certified / strong knowledge of best practices
- Work centrally with a national scope (occasional short-duration travel)
