About the role
- You will be the primary point of contact for the logistics department with various internal teams and external carriers.
- Monitor and close ongoing transportation requests (national and international).
- Manage technicians' pick-ups and returns as well as associated issues and disputes.
- Receive and process unidentified returns from technicians.
- Organize and track special transports, collections, or parcel rerouting in case of delivery errors.
- Ensure regular follow-up on transport-related disputes.
- Identify and report anomalies observed in deliveries.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding returns, disputes, or detected logistical issues.
- Provide regular reporting to the Logistics Department manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma to 2-year degree (Bac to Bac +2) in administrative management, logistics, or equivalent.
- A first experience in an administrative or logistics role is desirable.
- Accuracy and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, logistics management tools).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong sense of priority and deadline management.
