About the role

  • Defines, adapts and develops the company’s QHSE policy
  • Proposes an action plan and the resources to be implemented
  • Communicates QHSE objectives and their attainment
  • Drives, sequences and prioritizes actions to be taken
  • Establishes quality indicators and ensures their monitoring
  • Promotes the environmental policy to all staff
  • Leads and manages QHSE referents by defining their tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience (12–15 years) in QHSE
  • Mastery of ISO standards (9001 / 14001 / 45001) and ITIL
  • Knowledge of French OHS (occupational health & safety) and environmental regulations
  • Skills in change management, training, cross-functional facilitation, and management of external providers
  • Interest in digital tools (mobile audit tools, dashboards) and ability to translate QHSE requirements into business KPIs
  • Soft skills: leadership, communication, and hands-on/field coaching
