Human Resources Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage HR for a defined scope across multiple sites
- Provide expertise in labor law, human resources management and HR support
- Contribute to implementing the Group HR strategy
- Support and advise managers
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Participate in employee/industrial relations and in facilitating the Works Council (CSE)
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Identify and assess training needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree (Master's level / Bac+5) in Human Resources or Labor/Social Law
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar role within a multi-site industrial environment with multiple legal entities
- Autonomy and flexibility
- Proven HR management experience and initial experience in employee relations
- Good knowledge of labor regulations and the economic challenges of the role
- Geographic mobility / willingness to travel
