About the role
- Oversee the operations for a prestigious client in the Normandy region
- Supervise a team of approximately 20 logistics operators/warehouse staff
- Organise the assignments of each team's members
- Ensure the teams' skills development
- Oversee the management of logistics flows
- Propose comprehensive improvement solutions
- Provide regular activity reporting
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial and/or logistics environments
- Experience managing production teams
- Ability to implement rigorous supervisory practices
- Strong project management skills
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Proficiency with IT systems (Oracle and Reflex)
- Experience in managing a profit center / P&L responsibility
