About the role

  • Collaborate with the Residential Development, Marketing, Commercial Leasing, and Property Management departments to understand their client relationship needs and processes;
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements to recommend effective, fit-for-purpose CRM solutions;
  • Configure, support, and evolve the CRM system to meet operational needs;
  • Design and maintain integrations between the CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, communication tools, newsletters, etc.);
  • Participate in implementation projects, data migrations, security initiatives, and CRM feature improvements;
  • Support users in the use of the CRM: troubleshooting, adjustments, documentation, testing, and training;
  • Ensure preventive and evolutionary maintenance of the system;
  • Contribute to the management of CRM-related technology projects (planning, coordination, deliverable tracking);
  • Document integration processes, technical specifications, and test scenarios;
  • Keep up to date with CRM tools and integration best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in systems integration, CRM solution management, or IT project management;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot);
  • Good understanding of business processes: sales, marketing, customer service, etc.;
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, connectors, ETL);
  • Experience configuring CRM systems and managing data flows;
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams);
  • Functional English;
