About the role

  • Conduct change impact analyses for the program's various initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy change-related communication plans.
  • Define success indicators and adoption metrics.
  • Coordinate training activities in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Support leaders to strengthen their role as change champions.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to guide the development of training materials.
  • Support project managers and business stakeholders in preparing the organization for upcoming changes.
  • Track risks, issues and dependencies related to change management activities.
  • Measure and monitor adoption of new practices, tools and processes.
  • Contribute to a coherent, structured approach tailored to the realities of the different affected groups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management rather than project management.
  • Strong experience supporting large-scale technology transformations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey clear, structured messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with project teams, business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
  • Experience in impact analysis, developing communication plans, coordinating training activities and tracking adoption.
  • Experience in organizational integration or merger environments.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
  • Availability to work Eastern Time zone hours.
  • Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel to sites across Canada, the United States and Latin America as needed.
  • Strong ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional and evolving environments.
  • Solid organizational skills, autonomy and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
