About the role

  • Lead new vehicle sales activities: ensure achievement of volume, margin, financing and related services targets.
  • Monitor the department's commercial performance in collaboration with the Site Director.
  • Manage, train and support the entire sales team.
  • Lead sales meetings.
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer journey from initial contact to delivery.
  • Enhance the dealership's brand image.

Requirements

  • You hold at least a BAC+2 (equivalent to an associate degree) in a commercial/business discipline.
  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • You are proficient in financing, legal and tax aspects specific to new vehicle sales.
  • You are comfortable using IT tools and systems.
