About the role
- Lead new vehicle sales activities: ensure achievement of volume, margin, financing and related services targets.
- Monitor the department's commercial performance in collaboration with the Site Director.
- Manage, train and support the entire sales team.
- Lead sales meetings.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer journey from initial contact to delivery.
- Enhance the dealership's brand image.
Requirements
- You hold at least a BAC+2 (equivalent to an associate degree) in a commercial/business discipline.
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- You are proficient in financing, legal and tax aspects specific to new vehicle sales.
- You are comfortable using IT tools and systems.
