About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of employees across multiple collective bargaining agreements and payroll cycles
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll and social administration processes
  • Prepare and review payslips
  • Calculate social contributions and manage social declarations through DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)
  • Oversee administrative social management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the monthly DSN, event-driven declarations, and end-of-contract documents
  • Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding

Requirements

  • Associate degree (Bac+2) in Payroll Management or Labor/Social Law
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable using ADP Décidium payroll software
  • Expert in preparing payslips
  • Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience in a multi-site and multi-agreement environment
  • Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline-driven and well organized
