About the role
- Manage a portfolio of employees across multiple collective bargaining agreements and payroll cycles
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll and social administration processes
- Prepare and review payslips
- Calculate social contributions and manage social declarations through DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)
- Oversee administrative social management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the monthly DSN, event-driven declarations, and end-of-contract documents
- Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in Payroll Management or Labor/Social Law
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable using ADP Décidium payroll software
- Expert in preparing payslips
- Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience in a multi-site and multi-agreement environment
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, deadline-driven and well organized
