Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Experience leading and/or managing an application development team
- Work well with leaders, support folks, ops folks, and developers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in refactoring and unit testing
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms
- You will make a great candidate if you also have Experience working on remote teams
- Experience with technologies in our tech stack: Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Kubernetes cloud-based infrastructure
