About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage and strategically develop assigned client accounts in social media.
Plan, present and align content and editorial calendars in regular client meetings.
Create and execute organic social media posts (copy, graphics, visuals) for various platforms.
Plan, publish and organize content in a structured way using commonly used tools.
Build, optimize and document efficient, repeatable processes for multiple accounts.
Conduct performance analyses and continuously optimize content, coordination and production workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Confident manner in direct client contact as well as in calls and presentations.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for your client accounts.
Very good understanding of organic content on Facebook and Instagram.
Proficient with Canva and experience with common social media publishing tools.
Structured, process-oriented and independent working style with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
