About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, coding and posting of incoming invoices and ongoing maintenance of accounts payable ledgers.
- Preparation and execution of payment runs and monitoring of due dates.
- Reconciliation with internal departments, resolution of discrepancies, and solution-oriented handling.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of supplier master data.
- Taking on tasks in accounts receivable and fixed asset accounting, as well as supporting month-end closing activities as back-up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed accounting training and several years of experience (approx. 3–5 years) in accounts payable.
- Confident and independent working style.
- Open, solution-oriented and communicative manner in dealings with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Enjoyment of digital tools and automation.
- IT affinity and experience with accounting and CRM systems (Diamant and Oracle NetSuite).
- Accuracy, initiative, punctuality and good English skills.
