About the role
- Contact Swedish and English speaking customers across the world via welcome calls
- Discuss clients’ requirements for their website and ensure all expectations are clearly defined
- Coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication of websites
- Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients
- Contribute daily to delivering an outstanding client experience
Requirements
- Professional experience in client service
- Affinity for digital products and processes
- Basic understanding of website structure and design principles
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English language skills
- Danish language skills in written and spoken form is a plus
