Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact Swedish and English speaking customers across the world via welcome calls
  • Discuss clients’ requirements for their website and ensure all expectations are clearly defined
  • Coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication of websites
  • Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience in client service
