About the role

  • Group O is seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
  • This role is critical to driving product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our clients' target streaming audience and differentiate offerings to existing customers, enabling upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
  • You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.
  • The primary focus is on future growth to meet customers “where they are” (platforms they use, content they consume, cultural relevance).
  • Also requires more agile, digital-first tactics instead of classic long-cycle campaigns.
  • Increase automation, real-time optimization, and lifecycle triggers.
  • There will also be a heavy focus on social media, creators, emerging platforms, and relevant partnerships.
  • Ability to collaborate with influencers, digital communities, and possibly complementary brands and build micro-campaigns for niche audiences.

Requirements

  • 2-5 + years of communications or campaign strategy experience for large to mid-sized enterprise with emphasis on automation, personalization, and efficiency (Subscription Service / SVOD experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience in Video, streaming services, entertainment, and the sports industry
  • Familiarity with Braze Real-Time Customer Engagement Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise Cross-Channel Marketing Platform
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Bachelor’s, MBA, or advanced degree in Marketing or Business
  • Microsoft Suite of Products
  • The role is virtual; you can work from anywhere in the US
