Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and run projects end to end, from intake through delivery
Build project plans, align people, assign work, and drive projects to completion
Translate business requirements and company objectives into actionable delivery plans
Monitor progress, identify risks early, and initiate fixes before escalation
Keep stakeholders, clients, and vendors informed; raise issues and drive resolution
Manage scope and schedule changes through a formal change process
Track project health and delivery metrics in Smartsheet and report them
Maintain current project records, plans, and status documentation
Ensure work complies with company policy and team project standards
Build and run Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, intake workflows, Gantt views, and Kanban views
Drive collaboration between Sales and the Operations Technology team across sales enablement, operational efficiency, and platform projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years running projects in IT or the insurance industry
Extensive hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Office 365)
Ability to build Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, Gantt views, and Kanban views
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience taking projects through the full SDLC, from early development to implementation
Solid organization and attention to detail while managing multiple projects
Problem-solving ability and adaptability when requirements change mid-project
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
PMP or CAPM certification preferred
Contact center, sales-technology, or regulated-industry/insurance operations background ideal
Working knowledge of ticketing, CRM, and telephony platforms preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity to understand the work before planning it
Empathy for delivery teams and stakeholders
Confidence giving and receiving feedback
Flexibility when priorities shift
Resilience, calmness, and a good-humored attitude under pressure
