Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines that support critical business operations and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-7 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Advanced in Python, SQL, RDS, Snowflake, ETL/ELT, Coalesce, Airflow/Dagster, Data warehousing, Stream processing, and Data quality frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members.
Track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions that support business growth.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and priorities.
Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
