About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn to oversee and coordinate the operation of a Groundworks-affiliated branch
  • Gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, and production during the six-month training program
  • Learn the Groundworks culture, business model, and leadership principles
  • Learn to manage direct reports and guide office, sales, and production activities
  • Execute organizational strategy to maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
  • Travel throughout the assigned region during training
  • Coordinate with Regional leadership and Chief Officers to develop operational goals
  • Develop a well-trained, engaged, and empowered workforce
  • Implement strategies that achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Partner with departmental managers to achieve branch and departmental goals
  • Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and to customer satisfaction
  • Ensure personnel health and safety
  • Assist with employee training and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of combined business leadership, experience, and education equivalent in specialized residential construction, home improvement and renovation, related sales, or similar fields
  • Knowledge of foundation repair industry terminology, methods, and best practices preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead a diverse work group
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to delegate
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams through change
  • Must be open to relocation
