About the role

  • Architect scalable software engineering solutions within the C3 AI platform
  • Design, build, and deliver tools and frameworks that automate data quality analysis
  • Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into Groundswell apps and tools
  • Collaborate with data scientists to implement AI agents
  • Build scalable tools enabling improved developer workflows, testing, and release processes
  • Enhance engineering and code quality best practices company wide
  • Develop visual tools to provide visibility into code quality, test coverage, and engineering metrics
  • Oversee RMF process to achieve ATO
  • Work closely with product, UX, front-end, and back-end engineers
  • Fix bugs, solve problems, and improve products proactively
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master of Science Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience with Python and JavaScript
  • Proven experience in design and development of full-stack web solutions
  • Solid knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and web development
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux, Vue, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience with machine learning, including deep learning algorithms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Active Secret clearance required at time of hire
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance and complete a CI polygraph in accordance with contract requirements
  • Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to be on-site 3-4 days a week
