Support Agile SAP delivery on a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) program.
Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies, coordinate dependencies, track performance and risks.
Partner closely with the Product Owner and delivery leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality sprint execution.
Champion SAFe best practices while proactively identifying issues, improving team efficiency, and maintaining transparency on schedule and delivery impacts.
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more Agile software development teams.
Support weekly leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings and retrospectives.
Coordinate dependencies between different teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Assist the Product Owner (PO) in maintaining the team backlog to organize and prioritize work.
Monitor team performance and track key metrics.
Be a champion of SAFe agile methodology and coach team members on Agile best practices.
Support the project manager and/or program manager in creating, reviewing, and finalizing contract deliverables.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Monitor potential schedule and/or budget impacts and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance. Preference will be given to candidates who already possess an active DOD clearance.
2+ years Agile software development experience
5+ years of experience with Scrum specific to data and software engineering lifecycles
3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business process (i.e. AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, Navy ERP, etc.) preferred
