Own Groundfloor Lending’s demand generation strategy and execution across all channels.
Build and manage full funnel campaigns (paid digital, SEO/SEM, email nurture, ABM, events, partnerships, and more).
Launch and optimize campaigns with a data driven approach to tracking and reporting.
Develop scalable systems to measure ROI, attribute pipeline impact, and improve performance.
Partner with Sales and Revenue to align on pipeline targets, accelerate deals, and optimize conversion.
Collaborate cross functionally to refine messaging, audience targeting, and funnel strategies.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing marketing team while maintaining a hands on role.
Stay ahead of emerging marketing channels and tools; test, analyze, and double down on what works.
Requirements
8-10 years of demand generation experience in high growth environments with measurable impact on revenue.
Hands on expertise across digital channels (paid media, SEO/SEM, email/lifecycle marketing, ABM).
Proven ability to scale programs using data, automation, and process driven systems.
Analytical thinker who tracks funnel metrics obsessively and iterates quickly.
Strong communicator and collaborator with Sales, Product, and Operations.
Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented.
Bonus: Experience in Fintech or Lendtech, and/or working in high growth (Series A+) companies.
