Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience
Female candidate preferred
Sourcing Expertise: Strong ability to leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networks to attract diverse talent
Candidate Assessment: Skilled in structured interviews and evaluating role and culture fit
ATS & Tools: Experience with ATS platforms and tools like Google Workspace/MS Office
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track metrics, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and advisory skills
Employer Branding: Ability to craft compelling narratives and hiring campaigns
Candidate Experience Focus: Commitment to inclusive, transparent, and engaging hiring journeys
