About the role

  • Provide support to the Director of Curriculum in implementing a visionary academic program, ensuring excellence in learning design, student support, faculty development, and strategic growth.
  • Enable the implementation of the academy’s mission, values, and strategic plan in alignment with its socialimpact goals.
  • Advise the leadership team on school performance and necessary strategic pivots in curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Support the design and refinement of an mastery-based, AI-forward curriculum that integrates NIOS coursework, AP subjects, and Seminars courses.
  • Ensure alignment between self-paced modules and live instruction, and maintain rigor and consistency in mastery-based learning.
  • Oversee student well-being initiatives, including social-emotional learning, advisory structures, and access to appropriate support resources.
  • Design and execute student clubs and residency experiences such as theatre, music, and other Adira Edge activities that contribute to leadership development and global awareness.
  • Directly manage student passion projects and liaise with the Programs Team for the smooth execution of the Career Exposure Program, summer opportunities, and college research initiatives.
  • Oversee and support college pathway planning to ensure students are well-prepared for admissions to top global universities.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate skilled online educators, mentors, and staff.
  • Promote ongoing professional growth and instructional quality through reflective practices and targeted professional development through internal and external means.
  • Oversee the use of digital infrastructure, educational technology, AI agents, and data systems to optimize learning and measure impact.
  • Ensure academic integrity, student safeguarding, and adherence to relevant regulatory and privacy frameworks.
  • Guide a comprehensive college-counseling process including SAT/AP prep, career exposure, and global internship opportunities.
  • Monitor student progression through milestones and maintain strong alumni support networks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in school administration, preferably in online, mastery-based, or social impact education.
  • Deep knowledge of NIOS and/or AP programmes ; proficiency in inquirybased pedagogies and blended learning.
  • Established experience in mentorship, leadership development , and gender-inclusive educational environments.
  • Strong communication and community engagement skills.
  • Commitment to the mission of empowering under represented girls through rigorous academic and leadership growth.
