About the role
- Assume responsibility for strategic planning and execution of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe across media channels
- Strengthen the team by designing consumer journeys for activation campaigns and developing integrated advertising concepts
- Responsible for the implementation of all offline and digital activation campaigns, including forecasting, cost planning and controlling
- Lead and coordinate external agencies and act as the single point of contact to media agencies to ensure proper execution of campaigns
- Manage in-house stakeholders for multichannel advertising activities
- Play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and tracking of advertising and campaign activities
- Support marketing activation decisions with a data-driven approach and KPI-based recommendations
- Regularly create and utilize performance reports and campaign potential analyses
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in holistic or digital-focused marketing
- University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
- Structured working method and strong project management skills
- Hands-on, solution-focused mentality with excellent communication skills
- Very good understanding of business and media KPIs
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets) or equivalent
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau is a plus
