About the role

  • Assume responsibility for strategic planning and execution of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe across media channels
  • Strengthen the team by designing consumer journeys for activation campaigns and developing integrated advertising concepts
  • Responsible for the implementation of all offline and digital activation campaigns, including forecasting, cost planning and controlling
  • Lead and coordinate external agencies and act as the single point of contact to media agencies to ensure proper execution of campaigns
  • Manage in-house stakeholders for multichannel advertising activities
  • Play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and tracking of advertising and campaign activities
  • Support marketing activation decisions with a data-driven approach and KPI-based recommendations
  • Regularly create and utilize performance reports and campaign potential analyses

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in holistic or digital-focused marketing
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Structured working method and strong project management skills
  • Hands-on, solution-focused mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Very good understanding of business and media KPIs
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets) or equivalent
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau is a plus
