About the role
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Supply Chain area at the Lahr plant, including production planning and control, material disposition and procurement, and internal logistics including plant warehouse, goods receipt and shipping
- Plan, control and optimize the entire plant supply chain
- Ensure the availability of finished goods in line with customer orders, in coordination with central planning and sales
- Plan and control production taking into account demand forecasts, customer orders, production capacities, material availability and optimized inventory levels
- Coordinate within the plant and across the LIXIL network and with suppliers
- Continuously develop processes, methods and employees
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a relevant specialization, or technician qualification with several years of job-specific professional experience
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in Supply Chain within a company with serial production and a high depth of value creation
- Very good user knowledge of SAP MM/PP, as well as a confident command of MS Office (especially Excel, Access) and data analysis
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers, a hands-on mentality, high resilience and assertiveness complete your profile
