Key responsibilities & impact

Provide project oversight, planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination
Support monthly and quarterly deliverables
Perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act
Intake, validate, review, track, and summarize up to 30 recognition requests per month
Create digital resources necessary for implementation
Establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
4 years' experience leading project management efforts for federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review environment
Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, corrective action development, and stakeholder communication
Experience producing executive‑level reporting materials and maintaining compliance with federal performance standards
PMP certification highly preferred
Agile framework knowledge preferred
