About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project oversight, planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination
- Support monthly and quarterly deliverables
- Perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act
- Intake, validate, review, track, and summarize up to 30 recognition requests per month
- Create digital resources necessary for implementation
- Establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years' experience leading project management efforts for federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, corrective action development, and stakeholder communication
- Experience producing executive‑level reporting materials and maintaining compliance with federal performance standards
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Agile framework knowledge preferred
