About the role

  • Own a defined Core product area end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
  • Translate company and team strategy into clear roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences.
  • Use qualitative research, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Balance short-term feature delivery with thoughtful improvements to quality, usability, and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecosystem Health, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Experience to ensure successful launches.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user behavior, feedback, and business impact.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with evolving priorities.

Requirements

  • 4 – 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer mobile, social, or marketplace products.
  • Proven ability to ship impactful features that improve engagement, retention, or monetization.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Comfort working closely with engineering teams on technically complex products.
  • Experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive alignment within a cross-functional pod.
  • Ability to operate independently while contributing to broader team strategy.
  • Passion for building products that serve and uplift the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Experience working on social, messaging, feed, identity, or subscription products.
  • Familiarity with global consumer platforms serving diverse markets.
  • Experience improving core flows such as onboarding, engagement loops, or monetization journeys.
  • Strong collaboration with design and research partners to deliver polished user experiences.
