About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a planned succession process with a retiring Financial Advisor
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial priorities
  • Guide clients through retirement planning, investment management, estate considerations, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Partner closely with internal experts across investments, retirement planning, and insurance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) required
  • CFP® designation strongly preferred
  • Series 65 license preferred
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and delivering fiduciary-level advice
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and wealth strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Relationship-driven, highly organized, and collaborative mindset
  • Successful completion of background and credit check
