About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a planned succession process with a retiring Financial Advisor
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial priorities
- Guide clients through retirement planning, investment management, estate considerations, and wealth preservation strategies
- Partner closely with internal experts across investments, retirement planning, and insurance
- Drive organic growth by cultivating referrals, expanding existing client relationships, and developing new client opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) required
- CFP® designation strongly preferred
- Series 65 license preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and delivering fiduciary-level advice
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and wealth strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- Relationship-driven, highly organized, and collaborative mindset
- Successful completion of background and credit check
