  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms
  • Ability to work with electrical office and laboratory equipment
  • Ability to work in extreme cold below 32 degrees F
  • Personal protective equipment required, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear
  • Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours per day
  • Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand, finger, wrist and foot movements; ability to make precise coordinated movements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Color perception/discrimination and correctable near and far vision
  • Ability to squat, crouch, sit on heels, and walk up to 1–2 hours per day
  • Ability to reach below shoulder height
