About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs

- Perform a wide range of complex tasks in a plasma center under variable demands and changing conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service standards
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform precise, coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to work sitting or standing for the entire shift
- Ability to bend and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
- Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on heels when required
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision to specified standards
- Color perception/discrimination
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Ability to work with biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office/laboratory equipment, and extreme cold
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment
