High School diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Ability to perform according to oral or written instructions
Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift
Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
Frequent hand movement and precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when required
Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
Ability to reach below shoulder height
Essential hearing acuity
Correctable near and far vision in one eye to 20/30 and the other eye to 20/100
Ability to work with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
