  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to work standing for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand and finger movements, including precise coordinated grasping and manipulation
  • Ability to perform frequent foot movement and occasional squatting, crouching, or sitting on heels
  • Ability to walk up to 6–8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. regularly, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to reach below shoulder height
