About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Superior customer service standards
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform complex tasks under variable demands and changing conditions
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Ability to work sitting or standing for the entire shift
- Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
- Frequent hand movement and precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision requirements and color perception/discrimination
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
- Ability to work around biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office/laboratory equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
