Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED
Superior customer service standards
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Interest in making a difference in the world
Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Ability to work in a plasma center with potential exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms
Ability to use electrical office and laboratory equipment
Ability to work in extreme cold below 32°F
Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift
Ability to bend and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
Frequent hand and foot movement, including precise finger, hand and wrist coordination
Ability to lift 15 lbs. lightly, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
Hearing acuity essential
Correctable near and far vision requirements
Ability to comprehend, listen to, and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to perform complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
