What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Work performed standing for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Frequent hand, finger, wrist, foot, bending, twisting, reaching and walking movements
  • Light lifting of 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work around biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms
  • Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F in a plasma freezer
  • Required use of protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear
  • Hearing acuity essential; correctable near and far vision and color perception required
