  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Patient, reliable, and committed to donor comfort and satisfaction
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to perform frequent hand, finger, wrist, and foot movements
  • Ability to make precise coordinated movements to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
