About the role

Conduct pre-donation medical screening

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Interest in making a difference in the world
Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Patient, able to handle multiple tasks, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
Ability to perform precise, coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
Hearing acuity essential
Color perception/discrimination
Near and far vision correctable in one eye to 20/30 and the other eye to 20/100
Ability to work sitting or standing for an entire shift, bend, and twist the neck and waist
Ability to use required personal protective equipment
Ability to work in exposure-prone environments, including biological fluids and temperatures below 32°F
