  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand and foot movement, with precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements

  • Ability to walk up to 6–8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds, with a maximum lift of 50 pounds
