  • Maintain and monitor budget and expenses.
  • Oversee the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of facilities and equipment.
  • Demonstrates a high level of facilitation skills to reach consensus; works toward win-win solutions for business benefit.

  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field of study, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience in a medium-sized organization.
  • Biotech or Chemical industry favorable.
  • Provides effective leadership to employees in engineering operations.
  • Interacts with senior executives, senior technical managers, business heads, customers, and suppliers within and external to the company.
  • Knowledge of engineering programs, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrates high levels of value and integrity.
  • Instills company visions, values, and beliefs in others by example.
  • Actively pursues and manages process optimization and project management.
