About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages the ERP Finished Goods Serialization operation including setting up/revising master data
Manages employees responsible for ERP transactions involving order summaries, post goods issuance and completion of shipment documentation
Oversees the creation of stock transport orders and deliveries for plant-to-plant shipments of finished goods
Maintains and defines materials flow and coordinates equipment maintenance
Collects, analyzes and prepares reports including KPIs and facility utilization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
At least 8 years’ experience and demonstrated success using ERP systems in a GMP warehouse / distribution environment
Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and logistics functions in a GMP environment
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Experience dealing with customer and regulatory audits.
Leadership and supervisory skills necessary to lead and coach employees.
