Medical Device Service Support Specialist I

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide the highest quality service and support to Grifols customers via phone
- Document product inquiries or complaints in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Respond to clients within a designated timeframe regarding inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams for proper resolution and closure of regulated documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Health Science or related field
- Medical Technologist certificate preferred
- 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment
- Experience in customer service facing role preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
