Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business optimization and continuous process improvement
Identify opportunities for greater efficiencies at donor centers
Optimize plasma procurement and profitability while maintaining compliance and quality
Directly oversee Business Excellence teams and employees
Work with key stakeholders to drive process improvements
Evaluate business processes, technologies, and develop solutions
Oversee Project Management strategic programs
Responsible for Key Performance Indicators related to operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year college degree in business or manufacturing required
Minimum of 8 years of operations environment experience, standard procedures, plus continuous process improvement experience
5 years of Training Operations experience
Prior training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt in root cause investigations is valuable
Plasma collection background preferred
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
