- Consult with technicians for clarity in documentation
- Collaborate with trainers for document revision training
- Facilitate training and track documents
- Provide assistance in locating documents for investigations
- Complete SAP-related activities for investigations and CAPAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree and 2 years of related experience for Technical Document Specialist II
- BS/BA degree and 5 years of related experience for Sr. Technical Document Specialist
- Experience in manufacturing processes and documentation
- Strong knowledge of SAP and relevant programming (math.js, Java, PASX, etc.)
- Ability to perform discrepancy investigations and develop corrective/preventive actions
- Must be able to consult and train others during document revisions
