About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving sales performance by leveraging market data and analytical tools
- Improving sales team effectiveness by analyzing and optimizing performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting commercial data at various levels
- Defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators
- Contributing to Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives through analyses and recommendations
- Participating in tender management processes and monitoring incentive programs
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to ensure data quality
- Maintaining and evolving market intelligence and reporting tools
- Supporting commercial teams in the use of CRM and reporting tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a similar specialist role
- Strong background in data analysis and commercial performance management
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or equivalent, and SAP SD
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Ability to structure, analyze, and interpret complex data
- Experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments
- Good written and spoken English
