About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a daily operational point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain professional working relationships with client operational stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to KAMs and Manager Sales Liaisons, including CRM updates and follow-ups.
- Support forecast updates, pipeline visibility, and demand accuracy for S&OP processes.
- Participate in internal meetings to align on supply availability and customer needs.
- Help improve CRM data quality, contract documentation, and basic sales reporting.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure accurate Purchase Orders and on-time delivery.
- Assist Quality Assurance with routine quality documentation and client requests.
- Identify simple growth opportunities and escalate to the commercial team.
- Capture client feedback and route scientific or technical questions to internal experts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of supply chain, orders, or quality processes (training provided)
- Ability to learn CRM and ERP tools; good Excel/PowerPoint skills
