About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Plasma Supply Chain Operations activities associated with receipt, distribution, storage, and inventory control of raw plasma
  • Oversee plasma receiving and scheduling activities, batch retrieval, lot assembly, and inventory updates
  • System owner of Warehouse Management System and responsible for process improvements
  • Accountable for cold storage logistics operation holding inventories valued between $60M and $150M
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive implementation upon approval
  • Establish performance objectives and measurements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Project or technical leadership experience
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and system processes
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP's and other regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
