About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluates processes and develops action plans
Maintains oversight of the center’s quality management system
Directs and monitors processes for compliance with regulations
Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control
Collaborates with Center Manager
Responsible for oversight of audits
Continuously assesses and improves quality and training systems
Documents and investigates deviations and customer complaints
Ensures supplies meet quality requirements
Initiates appropriate investigations on non-compliance
Prepares quality analysis reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Certified and proficient in quality and compliance
2-5 years of related experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment
Experience with plasma or whole blood
Command of interpersonal communication
Strong integrity and commitment to quality and compliance
Full command of mathematics
High level of proficiency with computers
Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
Ability to travel when needed
