About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn about project management methodology and lean manufacturing methodology
  • Generate comprehensive file of key equipment across all buildings and list of existing/future projects for sustainability initiatives
  • Create project meeting templates, schedules, presentations, and other documents
  • Upload presentations and collaborate on project documentation
  • Support Shutdown Activities during planning and execution
  • Compile project information of GB projects into standard template
  • Organize folders for Project Teams for user access
  • Assist with meeting minutes and other project tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4 year degree program pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or Scientific field (Biology/Chemistry preferred) as rising junior or senior OR currently accepted or enrolled in Master’s or PhD program
  • Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Familiarity/comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Training/experience with Project Management is preferred but not required
