About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing daily activities of donor floor operations
- Supervising staff
- Supporting compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager
- Staffing coordination, task assignments, break schedules, and coaching of team members
- Ensuring execution of operational priorities
- Monitoring donor flow and proactively addressing delays or service issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- Typically requires 6 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties
- Ability to work flexible scheduling to meet business needs
- Ability to understand, explain, and follow SOP’s and protocols
